Get a low rate credit card. Lot's will give you 0% interest for up to a year. Need more time? Transfer the balance to a new card. Most of the offers I get are like 5.9% tops. Some fixed. And best thing, no insurance required and you have a clear title.

 

Your credit rating is only part of the equation. They also look at debt ratio.

 

Keep saving your $$$. Go in with cash and you will get a better price.

 

I couldn't get approved for a new raptor, so I bought one used for cash. Turned out to be a darn good decision.
