Hi, Everyone I am new to the forum. Austin age 34 with 2 kids and one on the way.

I am in the market for a used ATV, but want to learn something about them first.
Do they need titles? If not how do you know what you are buying?
Do you register them? I have found a few and am almost at the deciding stage,
but need to know what to look for. I live in Texas.
