if it's the one I'm thinking of I'm not surprised. For the most part forum admins are responsible about the advertisers they allow on thier sites, but I've seen a few instances where they either dont care, or are too dumb to know the difference between a legitimate advertiser and a fraud. When that happens I would suggest bringing it to their attention and go from there. If they're responsible they'll look deeper into it and offer an apology if need be, if not they'll either drop the advertisor in silence or keep them around as long as the money keeps coming in.
