Polaris Phoenix 200 Should I buy
#1
Hi all,
I'm thinking of buying a Polaris Phoenix 200 for my 13 year old. I like the the fact that it is fully automatic and right now they are selling them for $ 2600.00 for a new 2005. Or is there another brand anyone would recommend. Thanks in adveance..

Just purchased a phoenix 200. Although not new to ATV's this is the first that I have actually owned. Purchased it for a 13 year old and have ridden it myself. Plenty of power, 40-45 mph capability, shaft drive, and front disks are all that we needed. Already kicked it up some trails and opened it up full throttle, it felt very sure footed and a well designed ATV compared to the utility style ATV's. Jumps off the line pretty quick for an entry level machine.

I know he is only 13 but, I'd consider a Trailblazer 250 because it's fully automatic as well and it would last him a lot longer (as far as not having enuff power) than the Phoenix.
