Default NEW brute force 750i or NEW sportsman 800?

Ive been looking at both the Kawasaki and polaris units, I like the Kawasaki, just because it looks well built and people seem to be very happy with theirs. I am a polaris owner, and both the scrambler 400 and trailboss 325, and im not impressed at all. Im selling the scrammy to buy a new atv, so if price ISNT a comparison, which one would you buy? Thanks

to tell you the truth, i would buy the brute force 650i and use the extra money for a good set of tires and rims.

I'd get the Outlander 650 V-twin.

The Sportsman's are definitely an all around better atv than the Srambler and trailboss..but the Sportsman 800 weighs 770lbs dry compared to the BF 750's 604lbs dry...that's a lot of extra weight for an ATV, to much IMO. Go with the BF 750i it's faster than the 800 stock and if you mod it with an aftermarket CDI it leaves the Sp 800 in it's dust. If you can get a BF 750i for not much more than the BF 650i than do it...it doesn't matter what they say about the 650i being faster b/c once you start modifying it for more performance you'll find out there's no replacement for displacement. BF 750 is 749cc and BF 650 is 633...a lot more potential with 749cc.

Supposably....Kawasaki also changed the front end geometry on the 07 750, making it handle like the 650i.....about it's only complaint from earlier models. It is also easier to steer, according to people who own both 06 and 07 models. Mine is extreamly easy to steer.

I was making a similar choice a week ago. Considered, and thought I had to have a Grizz, then a King. Before I rode the 750, all I could think was I should of bought the 650i, but now that I've ridden the 750, I'm very, very happy with my choice. I ready many, many personal reviews of the mentions models. The BF owners seemed most happy with thier choice. I thought I really wanted EFI, but after reading reviews by the owners of such rigs, and riding a 650, I decided the 750i was the best choice for me....plus the dealer made me a heck of a deal on an NRA version.
