Default looking for a new atv

hi, im looking to buy an atv. I'm 5'9 and weigh about 150 pounds. I'm looking to buy a sport atv. Ive narrowed it down to a z250 250ex and a blaster. I'm looking only to drive in the trails and snow. I don't have much experience in sport atv's but I've grown up with utility atv's. I know how to use clutch no problem. I also love doin wheelies and stuff like that. I'm in a tight budget so I'm looking to pay at most $4,000. what do you guys think.

The Blaster is a blast. Light and agile, but it will need more frequent rebuilds than the other two.

The 250EX is a solid machine. Its suspension is kind of tight, but it handles great. Might be a better coice if you are in a lot of mud and water (shaft drive).

You are pretty close to buying a new 400EX at 4K. Save up for a bit more to make up the difference or go for a cherry used one. Some day you will be happy you did.

The Blaster is a 2-stroke, so it will need the occasional top end. The EX will run forever, with just routine maintenance.

I too, think you might prefer a 400EX in the long run........
