I'm looking at a 2002 Prairie 650 and am wondering what a good price would be for it. It is camo, has approx. 3200 miles, warn winch, 'power box', and a clutch kit. There is one 8 inch crack in the front fender that has been repaired, otherwise it is in great shape. The current owner bought it new and has only done moderate trail riding with his family. He says it has been well maintained and he has never gone through deep water or mud with it. He is asking $3750. I know buying used is always a gamble, but if all this is true, is this a good price? How much would a complete non-camo set of plastic cost for the Prairie?

Edit: Forgot to add that it has 27in. Mudlites as well.

 

Run it a while, and do a good test drive. (top end, 4x4 operates properly, warm it up good, drive in low/high/reverse). After the drive, check the oil, and diff fluids for levels, and make sure they arent milky, like water was in the oil, or radiator fluid was in the oil. After a good check, and it all checks out good, then i would say yes its a good deal.
