Yeah, but the 06 450R is a quite a bit different than the 04/05s. That is why I feel that it is such a great deal, not to mention it is in perfect condition as the pictures on my gallery page show.

I guess that I will just sell it to the dealership because I'm tired of hearing people say they can buy new 05s for that. That's fine, no big deal, just start kicking the older model. And I can see that no one wants the factory FCR carb, bigger bore, shorter stroke, higher compression motor that the 06 has. Everyone wants to buy this for nothing because the leftover 05s are near this price. I'm not going to mess with it anymore, so I'm outta here.

Merry Christmas to all!

That's only the people that don't know any better.

The lowest I have seen an 06/07 was $6300 OTD so yours is a great price.

Thanks for the reassurance budmantom.

I'm to the point that I'm just going to take it up to the dealer that bought my 450 and let them turn a profit on it since no one seems to be interested in a great deal. I work with a couple guys that would love to buy it from me, but their wives won't let them. I keep telling them that it is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission!! Too bad your not in Southern Arizona, I just bought an 06 Raptor 350 for my wife and she rode my bike yesterday, she was saying that she felt a lot more comfortable on my bike (except for the kick start).

Yeah, that would be a long drive!

This 450 that I'm selling is my wife's. I liked the idea of her having a lightweight bike with light steering effort. It was more than she needed, but she liked mine and I thought if we bought a 400ex that I would never be able to sell it if we decided to pursue other interests. Well, here we are trying to sell the 450 and can't sell it either. GEEZ!!

I guess that I should have sold hers when I sold mine to that dealer. I might give ebay another try.

I see the dealer I bought my Sportsman 700 EFI for $4990 this past March is at it again on prices on Polaris and Kawasaki quads. Text Some prices on the Kawasakis are nice. Heres a funny one though...Prairie 360 $4595.00.....Brute Force 650 $4750.00. I think that would be $150.00 better spent. Hell if I didn't just buy my wife her new John Deere Buck 650 with $400 in free accesories for $4600.00 OTD, I just might have had to get her one of those for that price. It seems as though every year they have some great deals. New 06 KFX700 for $4675. KFX400 for only $4225. I'm thinking about selling my Trailblazer to go buy a KFX400 so I can have something I can actually shift. Also my boys 15 and 14 would like it better I'm sure. Can you say tax refund? Brian
