I had my Honda Rancher stolen. Insurance is going to pay. I'm now impressed with 06 Honda and considering a Kawa Prairie, or a Brute Force 650 or a Deere 500 auto, which is a Can Am.

What do the forum members think?

Those Deeres are the old Quest series, more utility oriented than anything. Total opposite of the Kawie Brutes. Did you look at the '07 420 Ranchers? A lot of changes and only a meager bump in price. They are just coming out now though. How are you planning on using the quad, and what shortcomings did your old Rancher have that the new one should address?

Is that what you meant to say, because the Rancher didn't change (except for plastic) through 06? I'm waiting for some rider reviews of the 07 Rancher. I'd wait and see what it is really like, before making a decision.

 

We need a little more info on what your going to do with it. What Honda?
