Keep in mind that with KTM you also have the option of getting the exact same ATV as their 450 XC, but with the 525 engine in it, for just $100 more. I've owned two YFZ 450s, a YZ 450F, and two KTM 525 dirt bikes, and I've got to say that the 525 engine has the all time best powerband, and the most power of any dirt bike or ATV I've ever owned. The 525 is one sweet engine. And the best thing about my current KTM, which is actually called a 530 EXC R to designate that it has the new 4th generation racing four stroke engine from KTM, and not the same engine as the 3rd generation 525 racing four stroke, is that it is <u>street legal</u>. Wow, what a great engine to have in a feather light dirt bike (250 lbs ready to ride) that I can ride to work and back. It doesn't get much better than that.
