which is better to buy (top speed, drive, turning, and just better response), and use for upgrades please help me!!??

the 400ex would be a better choice. alot better quad and aftermarket parts

 

The 350 is a warmed over Warrior. I rode a Warrior for years....maybe before you were born. I rode a Raptor 350 the other day, and it was just as terrible as the old Warrior was. Avoid this machine! It is a tired old design and Yamaha needs to drop it from the lineup!!!

The 300EX is a nice machine. It has descent suspension, it is medium size for smaller riders, and the engine has a fair amount of hop-up potential.

But....if you want a hot machine in this class....get the new Raptor 250!!! If you are a bigger rider, then the 400EX or Z400 is a better choice.
