good racing atv for under 3k
#2
By racing i would imagine you mean a non- utility atv? Anyways if you plan on racing I would go with the 450's. But for under 3k you could find a nice Z/KFX400 thats slighty modded that would fly. No need for a raptor if your not gonna be in loose deep sand and I think the 660's get too much credit anyways.

Do you really mean "racing", or is that just how you describe a "sport" quad??????? "Racing" is the 450 class, and that is probably beyond your budget!
Should be lots of 400 class machines used out there. Both the Suzuki Z400 and Honda 400EX are sweet, great handling machines....

non utility yes, and i already have a 400ex, just bought it for 200 bucks, and i have a blaster that i got for 100, i might just stick with both of them, ive put 1000 in the blaster and 500 in the 400ex, im just waiting on parts in the mail to get the 400ex running and the blaster runs great, i was just wanting to recoup my money and maybe upgrade, but if i cant get anything better than i have for the money, ill just stick with both quads i have right now. thanks for the advice guys, i appreciate it

yeah but 200 for tires and rims, 300 in misc parts, 700 bucks for a honda 400ex with a lil bit of work into putting it together, engine was mechanically sound, just in pieces, so a lil bit of work and 700 bucks and i got a 2000 dollar quad
