Default Looking for some advice.

I am looking for input on a purchase. I am currently considering buy either and Artic Cat 400 or Suzuki 400 I am looking for your input and pro's and cons of each unit. I am primarily going to be using the ATV for plowing my driveway in the winter and just general riding around in the summer.

i have a 2006 suzuki eiger 400 and really like it alot, there are a few diffrences between the artic cat 400 and suzuki kinquad 400, the suzuki is a straight axle rear end vs independent rear on the artic cat 400. the artic cat 400 also has a diff lock where as the kingquad doesnt. the artic cat is a bigger chassis wider taller heavier etc. they have have the same exact motor the 376 cc motor is built by suzuki , there a great motor. i think for what you want it for id go with the kingquad 400 or a rancher 420 probably save you some money with either of those units vs a artic cat.

for more general riding and snow plowing, i would go with the suzuki over the arctic cat. the cat is a little more expensive and has a few features you probably will not need like the diff lock and enormous amount of ground clearance. if you wanted to do more exploring and rock riding, then the arctic cat would be the better machine of the 2.
