Looking to buy an ATV
#1
hello everyone! I have a few questions about an ATV I am looking at buying.. this is the link to the site: https://128.securededicated.net/hsd/...3&cat=1&page=1 and I would like your input if you have owned one or know something about these bikes. I have been reserching them for about 2 months now, but I don't have alot of money and that is why I am looking at these bikes. I thank you for your time......

I know,,,But money is an issue,, dew to the fact that I work part time and go to school the rest of the time,,, I have about 2g's to play with, and I havent been able to fine a "name brand" bike for less than 2500... so I was thinking of given the Chinese bikes a try... Like back in the day, Honda came out with their first batch of bikes, and no one wanted to buy them. But in fact, they were really good bikes. I thank you all for the input tho.... but as I have said,, money is the issue.

I know what you mean about "money being the issue", been there myself, but just the other day my wife and I saw an Arctic Cat 400 4x4 for sale for under $1,000 bucks and my son sold his Kawasaki 300 Prairie for $900. In the last year, I have seen quite a few good used bikes for sale and with the economy being what it is, I expect to see more. I paid $1000 for my first ATV in 1988 which was a 1987 Yamaha 225 because the guy needed the money quick to fix his house. I would check the local papers and maybe some of the on line sources.
If, however, you need information on Chinese bikes, there is another thread on here with good information. Good luck.

After checking out the site, These comments on the web page are -----
WE RECOMMEND UPON RECEIVING YOUR ATV, YOU HAVE IT PROFESSIONALLY PREPPED AND ASSEMBLED IF YOU ARE NOT MECHANICALLY INCLINED
Believe it.
Also, I did not see any parts listed on this site?????? Can you get parts for this quad?????
You will more than likely need some.
I have a 2008 250 geo Canadian, which needed electrical and engine repairs.
It runs great now. The supplier for this brand has been fantastic to deal with
and this quad has been easy to get parts for.
If you do get a Chinese quad, be prepared to work on either the electrical or carb.
If you are not mechanically inclined - I would seriously consider a good used brand name one.

yes I can,,,I have found several sites for parts,,and also have contacted them to make sure I can get the parts I may need. so far I am thinking this might be the choice to make. And as far as the mechanically inclinde,, I am a diesel mechanic with my AT in diesel and an AT in welding... so I am sure I can figure this thing out. But as for the price and parts,, one I don't think can beat it,,for now anyways... but I am just looking for a bike I can ride and do the things I would like to do,,,like fish, camping, and trail riding.. I don't plan on getting it airborne or anything like that,,but one never knows what is around that next corner,,lol.. I thank you all for the coments and input on the matter...
