best places to buy an atv
#1
Hey. Im new on this forum, and my dad and I are looking for a used atv. My mom said that we could only pay about $300 or $350 for a 70cc or bigger. Maybe a 110cc. We are looking for a used one for that price. If somebody could help us that would be great. Thanks.

X2 on Craigslist. You are going to have to raise your budget though. I saw a Honda TRX90 on CL in my area a few weeks ago for only $900 - a really good price. For $300 to $350 all you are going to find is used off-brands - kids quads that sell new for $600 to $900 and are of mostly poor quality.
Best way to get the most ATV for the least money is go for an older yet proven model. Suzuki LT80 or Honda TRX90 started production in mid-90's and remain mostly unchanged. Both are good, solid quads. Expect to pay at around $1,000 for one in good condition. Unless you get lucky and find someone who is trying to unload their ATV fast, you're not going to find anything good for under $400.
