I don't have a decent budget at all, only up to 1000. And i'm 6' 3". I found these two on craigslist. Which one should i get?

ATV 1989 Yamaha 200cc 4x2

1993 Yamaha Blaster 200

Also, anyone know what atv this is? or what cc it is about? I'm very comfortable with this size and power.

The yamaha blaster is a 200cc two stroke gas/oil mix required. My son races these little bigs and there are lots and lots of cheap mods you can do to them to make the really fast and more comfortable to ride. He is 6ft tall and 155 with gear on and eats 400cc and 450cc bikes for lunch in cross country racing. Very agile bike

 

I'm 6' tall and the Blaster feels way too small for me but they are good quads. You really need some time in the seat to know if it'll fit you or not. I don't know anything about the other two.
