I am still in hunt for buying my first ATV..I came across this

It is DINLI (Taiwan ? ) brand, 700 cubic engine with 44 horse powers, from 2009

The owner is willing to reduce price to 4000 EUROS...

1. Is this good price for 2,5 years old ATV with 6000 km ?
2. Anyone with experience with those machine, are they reliable?
3. I often see DINLI jetpower 700 and DINLI Centhor 700...What is the difference?

I wouldn't buy a Taiwanese ATV. Chinese either. I hear too many horror stories about them.
