i love that there is so many sweet choices out there but i think i finally narrowed it down to these two, i know the grizzly is pretty solid, any thoughts on the king quad?

i suggest ride time on both if possible. i had an arctic cat that used the suzuki 500 motor, very reliable. submerged it in water 3 times and abused it in every way. I hauled heavy logs every year(to the point that the bike would not move even with weight on the racks), and sold the bike with 5,500 miles on it. I still see it today with 7,000 miles on it,dont smoke and never had engine work.
as far as the rest of the suzuki bike, i dont know, but the engine was strong.
the grizzly is known for being good for everything you throw at it,may not be the best but it gets it done. I would expect the same from the suzuki. Suzuki should cost less also. good luck

Personally, I think you have narrowed your choice down to the two best all-around ATV's when it comes to a combination of features, reliability, and dependability. I think you will be happy with either quad.
I happen to prefer the slightly wider and longer Kind Quad... very stable. I also wanted a quad with EPS, and preferred how Suzuki built their EPS systems. However, I believe Yamaha has changed some things on their EPS and it may be a non-issue now.
Good luck.

to most seeing horsepower ratings makes people think that more is better. Them horsepower ratings are at the crank. By the time power is burned through the drive-train,the transmission ,drive-shaft(s), deferential(s),axles, then to the wheels, one showing more power at the crank may end up haveing less at the wheels. This all depends on the entire drive-train. One could have less moving parts on the drive-train than the other resulting in more power since not having to turn more parts. not that im into speed, but my atv has is 8hp less than my friends yet i can out run him in a long run. i also out mud him with higher ground clearance as well as on rocks. So hp means NOTHING. its fun just to see what they have though.
