I was not a big Power steering fan due to its extra $800-$1000 cost , but I did ride a XP550 with it and have to admit it was very nice.

It still is, its just that everyone thinks its so important that they just HAVE to have it. In general its about $800 extra for a new quad over a non-eps model. I guess if you're going to spend $8000 for say a new Grizzly 700, what's another $800 to get power steering? It doesn't seem that expensive then.

A 750KQ with out power steering cost almost the same as a 500KQ with power steering 2011 Suzuki KingQuad® 500AXi Power Steering ATVs which would you chose?

Myself, I would chose the one with 10 extra HP.

A friend of mine just bought a new Can-Am Outlander 450L with power steering. He told me he could have gotten a 500L without power steering for less money. He really wanted power steering but I would have opted for more power for less money just like TLC said. I have never owned anything with power steering so other than brief test rides, I don't have much experience with it. I would think any on any side by side it should almost be standard equipment because of the added weight. It does take more effort to steer a utv.

DON'T get stressed out over any machine! Could be just the old bait game he's playing also.Plenty of good low hr/mileage machines out there from individuals if you have the patience to check around. Anytime someone mentions an auction machine I'm a a little leery to begin with. May be a good machine, but "if" the machine is still there and he won't let you have it checked out,the deal sounds too good to be true,a lot of times it isn't. Same thing on ebay atvs. Have had several customers buy out of area atvs and had them shipped to the shop for us to go over only to find that they were no where near what they thought they were getting..Just use common sense.
I have a 2000 polaris xpedition, we are trying to replace the rear axle bearings in the back axle hub. I understand that in order to do so you must remove the axle from the hub which contains the bearings.... we have done everything possible to drive the axle out towards the right side with out any luck. Is there a circle clip inside the housing that needs to be removed before we attempt it again. Help !
