ok i'm in the market for a new bike.
i have a big bear 4x4 and a 250 timberwolf 2wd..i ride with a guy that has a 400ex and hate that he has to ride slo- so we can ride together and decided to go ahead and get a newly--but witch one should i get---
the place we ride has trails gravel pavment and mud..i'm right on the ms.river and this summer the water will go down alot and we will have miles of sand with jumps to play in..witch bike is an all around nice --reliable--fast sport quad..i'm new to ther speed but it's not a problem i basicly grew up on the 250r so witch is it guys-------

Well if you are in gravel and sand and mud you would probably prefer a 4 stroke quad (400 ex, warrior, etc.) because they get better traction in loose dirt. Speedwise a two stroke...that is if you dont need traction...just speed. Hope that helps....muddog

If you ride with a 400 get a 400. If you get one slower or faster the fun won't be there. By the way don't forget the 400EX has no reverse, if your'e used to it you won't be happy.
