Default Best small atv?

I am hopefuly going to get an atv soon and I wondering what would be the best option? I am 15 years old and my parents won’t let me get any large ones that go fast, but I don’t care about speed so I’m fine getting a smaller one. I probably will use it to help out with farm work, also to drive around and just have fun. I have been thinking a yamaha grizzly 125 or a arctic cat 150. What do you think would be a good option?

I think many of them are actually made by Kymco (good) I would check the price of a Kymco first. Not to be confused with Chinese, Kymco makes top notch stuff in Taiwan. Maybe the Arctic Cat is priced better, then buy the Cat. My feeling is, first get the most bike for your money, maybe you can get a 300 or 400 for close to the same price...

A 200-250 might be a better fit for you than a 125-150. You wouldn't outgrow it right away.

Something bigger like a 250-300cc machine can haul and tow a lot more than a 150cc machine if you're planning on using it to do some work. Those tiny kids quads aren't meant to really haul anything. Not much legroom either, you'd feel pretty cramped on the smaller ones. I've owned a couple smaller quads myself, had a Honda Recon and Suzuki Ozark, I would recommend either of those. Both of those are around 250cc. Should be able to find either of them in good condition for around $1500.

I would have said something like that if I thought his parents would go for it. I've personally never owned anything smaller than a 250 2-stroke. It was an adult sized quad and would fit some 15 year-olds but not all. What they get all depends on what fits. Also some states have laws about what you can ride if you're under 16.

Id also say something bigger. Not because of speed but because of size.

Id look into a variety of 250cc utility quads
