Default court / sue please help

Hi I recently sold an ATV to someone and the person wants to take me to court or for me to buy the ATV back from him. Does he have any chances of suing me? Please help.

No kidding. I was going to tell him the same thing. Ask a question once and you'll get an answer. Ask a question over and over and people may ignore you forever.

Here is fine. I think General Chat would be good too. I read almost anything that's not brand-specific since I don't work anymore, but other people would see it too no matter where it was.
