a fouled plug just means that the gas is too rich, not a big deal. You basically want to check all of these just to see how it's been maintained. I personally would not buy a two stroke because they require alot of maintenance and babying with them. You will always be doing something to it. I myself like to ride, not tinker with an engine, but if the banshee id mechanically sound, then 3,000 is not a bad price.
