Grizzly 03 pro and cons
#1
I just picked up a 2 month old Grizz. Guy had changed his mind about the sport wanted out. I gave 6500 with a winch. Did I do ok? And what's the general reputation for this quad? Gene

Sounds ok to me. I got my 02 Grizzly with a Warn 2000 winch out the door for $6500 in Jan of 02. They are a great quad and you should have a blast with it. Make sure you do the maitnence and all should be good.

I'm not sure. I've killed a lot of copperheads around here but I'm not sure about the snake I put in the aquarium. I've got a pic around here of a 7 foot snake I killed in the barn earlier in the spring. I guess that is part of living in the country

the pro's to buying this bike are endless, it's a powerhouse that rides like a dream, has plenty of speed for a big bore quad.
The only cons to this are it runs hott (can be easily fixed) and your face will cramp from the perma grin it will cause.
What kind of snake was it that was 7 ft? If I ever saw a snake that big I would run like a ****. Two I would stay in the country if I was you. Stay out of the city with all that sniper crap going on.

The 7ft snake was a black snake I found eating my fresh chicken eggs out in one of the barns. He tried going under the barn and I grabbed his tail. I keep pulling and pulling and he kept coming. You could see where he had ate the eggs because they were still in him. I grabbed him behind his neck and beat his head against the barn. I'm about 6'1 and when I held him up for a picture he was quite a bit taller then I was. I'll try to find that picture and send it or a link to it. I was in D.C working when that sniper **@# was going on. I'm glad they got those fools. Chris
