on june 1 i can buy any quad i want. i think i want something around a 500. like a vinson 500. could anyone give me some opinions on atvs they ride, like pros and cons. it would be great if some people could give me their feedback on some of theirs.

 

The Vinson is a great sport/utility ATV. If you can truly get "any quad you want" then get a Kawi 650 - it's a better sport/utility than the Vinson.

well, im 16 and only weigh around 120 lbs. im pretty much going to be thoe only one riding it too. so i was thinking around the lines of a 400-500cc.

 

I have an 03 Vinson (auto). It has been a great quad, but honestly, there are so many great choices out there it is hard to go wrong. You'll also notice that EVERY quad has its problems. The Prairie 650 has gotten great reviews and so has the Vinson. The new Yammy 450 also looks good. Remember that the 04s come out at the end of summer or so i.e.: you may want to wait until then for a good deal on an 03. Finally, regardless of what quad you get you will end up putting at least $500 worth of stuff on it from tires to skid plates. Work whatever extras you can into the price. Good luck.

 

Hey ash, I bought a Suzuki vinson 5 speed a couple of weeks ago. I put 78 miles in the first weekend. The machine is awesome. It has a ton of power. It handles very nice. There are some good reviews about at atvconnection. If you buy one you will like it.
