My sons 08 canam 800 will not start/turnover unless I short the solonoid and starts right up runs fine. Turn key on all ok push green start button nuttin. have to short solonoid out to turn over and start rights up? I am at aloss. Any help?? When I push green button u can hear fuel pump again dealer said normal? But still will not turn over till I short solonoid out? I HAVE REPLACED SOLONOID!!!!!........... HELP!!!!!

 

Check the fuses, safety switches and ignition switch...

 

After I checked all the connections front-back,back-front and again! i noticed the diodes in front fuse box were NOT both going the same way. Swapped the one on the bottom around and all is well! My son said he did not remember messing with them. Guess the diode jumped out,flipped, and reinserted all ny itself!!!! Or so I told him
