Default D4 7.5 amp fuse keeps popping

Where do I check to fix this issue? The fuel pump cycles but starter won't turn and no lights. When I replaced the fuse, it started and showed a red engine light upon startup and then immediately popped the fuse and the next one I tried. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Default Fixed ????

You ever figure this out?
F4 = Speedometer/Speed sensor/tail lamp 7.5 amp
F5 = Fuel pump 7.5 amp

If its the fuel pump fuse thats blowing could be the fuel sock on pump dirty drawing too many amps or fuel filter dirty drawing too many amps or both. Fuel pump itself could be drawing too many amps (going bad). If its the other 7.5 amp fuse blowing could be short in tail lamp/speedometer/speed sensor.
