new tires for a outlander L 450
ok im new to this and was wanting to put some mud tires on my outlander L450 right now it has the stock tires that are 25 x12 , would like to stay on the factory rims maybe go up to 26 or 27 what do yall recommend , and prefer not to loose any or much performance

Here is a good site for tire specs ATV Mud Tires : Best ATV Tires I likes the Maxxis Zillas even my 350 Grizzly handled 26-9x12 fronts and 26x11-12 rears easily. (Not to be confused with MudZillas)
They are the lightest 6ply mud tire made if you look at the weights and have a tall 1.19" lug. 27" Zillas do not weigh much more then most 25" tires out there.
No you do not need to get new rims, 12" rims are 12" rims no matter who makes them.
The new 450 Outlander is rated at 38hp so power loss should be no concern and it has a low range when you get into the nasty tail sections.
