well if it aint the needle the its the mixture no guessing. most guys on the jetting chart is running 3 to 3,5 turns out with aftermarket exhaust. as for the needle I would add fuel until the bike performance start to drop off and back up a notch or add a spacer washer. More fuel is hp.
