punisher i will be at florence also on the weekend of the fourth although i am not sure which days but i would like to see how my raptor would run against your bombardier if you make it.this is not a challenge because i do not have the fastest raptor around but i am always curious to see how it does running against quads that are built further than mine.i am only running a 102 mm high comp piston and fmf system with a k&n and re jetted but it does pretty good so maybe we will see each other if you come to florence.i also just last week got my new baja and i am very impressed with the performance for a stock motor and i finally have a quad that i feel like i fit on and at 6'4" and 260 lbs the bombardiers were my only choice for a sport quad.well i hope you make it up here and if you do i can guarantee that you will enjoy the dunes that we have.

Me and my brother might make an appearance at florence on the 4th.... Someone want to PM me with directions to the dunes once i get to florence. I'll be comming from the seatle area so if anyone needs a ride i have room for 2 more quads. What is the elevation at floreance... might possibly need to tweak my jetting

 

What is the nearest town to the dunes? I want to map this out and see how far it is. Also, do you have to have reservations for camping or what is the camping like?

I was just reading up on this and hit some info about needing a permit to camp on the holiday weekends??? Is there still time for me to get one, or can i join in someone elses camp and not need a permit???? This worries me.
