Default 14,000RPM Valve Train

What would it take to make the DS valve train handle 14,000RPM?

I am tired of valve train and other damage when overrev.

Dayum, 14k?!?!? That turbo must really make 'er spin. I'm very excited to see you decided to rebuild the beast. When do you think it will be done? Are you going down to LS any time soon?

I have been told of PAMI "light wieght cams" and I would think you could maybe get some TI cam sprockets made somewhere. with some TI valves. this would be a good start.

Or if you have any good friends in Formula one racing that could biuld you a Rotary valve head then 14,000 wouldn't be a problem.

lets see at 9500-10,000 rpm on the dyno a good running mod ds should make about 80hp plus @ the tire, so @ 14,000 say about 120 or more? sounds fun sign me up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! p.s. i'm broke after my last build up so make it cheap please.

Even if you got the valve train to make it, i would think that piston speed would be the killer and start damaging other parts. The DS has a LONG stroke....

I recently had valve springs fail. What RPM do you think it takes to get them to fail normally. Really don't think I overrev the DS
