You will have to get a crank trigger made into the flywheel $$$$. You will me hollow titanium valves, springs and locks. the camshaft will have to be a hollow billet design. a super light weight piston and aluminum rods. Cut the crank rotating mass down also. The alumium rod will keep you at the bank but this is what it takes for that rpmThat is just my opinion on what it would take to turn that kind of rpm.

I think you just need to get an ignition that doesn't aloww you to "over-rev". they have ignitions now that you can set your own rev-limit at,and timing.
Maybe you can customize a ignition box to kill the engine at 12,500.
OR you just need to get a Override so you dont miss shifts with your Electric shifter button thingy.
Air, alot of us twist our DS's WAY over 9,500 rpms, and I am doing it with stock valve springs.
Bigger.
