I have a set of AC nerfs, and they are tough too. When I installed them I had to do a little bending (where it mounts to the pegs) with a rubber hammer. Really it was minor. They are sharp lookin. Whatever you do get make sure the are aluminum. Check out my gallery to see how they look.

i agree with hightower, ya don't really know exactly what your gunna get, on my ac i had to bend the heelguard to fit, but they are extremly strong, my buddie who weighs like 280 stood on mine and they barely flexed,
and i dont' really like the look of the new graydon webbing design,

I have a set of the AC nerfs, the ones w/out the heal guards. I think theyre ok for looks but for the purpose of them I dont think theyre that great. Theyre just way to small, they dont come anywhere close to being outside my rear tire. Yah the netting stops some or most of the kick up. I always thought the other main purpose of nerfs were to guard you and your tires from trees or whatever like Hightower said he does. I think im gonna look into a different set for that reason. Anyone know if the ones with heelguards are wider?? I cant recall anyone mentioning the Pro Armor ones, they always have great quality items. I like the look of the graydons too.
