seems the shock pivots never get lube from the factory, they are all dry inside. at least mine were. dealer can get you new ones.
how bad are they? I have about 1/8" play, I'm gonna let them go for a while longer. I did take them apart and clean and lube them though.
if/when you get new ones, get the metal pivot the bolt goes through and the plastic bushings - all of it - and lube them well before install. put a little grease on the bolt to fight corrosion, but mainly lube the outside of the metal pivot and the inside of the bushings. use a good synthetic with moly because it holds better when wet.

same here - couldn't find part #, but my local dealer said he can get them, although I haven't actually tried yet. you might contact PivotWorks - they have a website I think. I know they make a-arm pivots for the DS, might make shock pivots too.
The Bomb parts book is actually missing several items from what I here.
