Default motor runnin bad!!

Well as I said quite a while back about cutting the spring....... I don't think that's such a good idea anymore... Sure DEPENDING on how much you cut off the spring it will rev a bit quicker BUT! I have found that cutting the spring will make your motor run rich because of the fact of the slide opens way easier..... So it's opening TOO FAR corisponding to how far the butterfly is opened.. So I stretched the spring back a bit and it helped so I might just get a new spring and leave it alone.....

sounds like you may have punctured the diaphram that the spring pushes on. If you did then the slide will not open and it will not rev...

man spin you are getting to know these things, it maybe that it didn't seat well in that groove around the edge, have you rode it, if the power is down it would seem the diaphram is the reason.

Default motor runnin bad!!

Going to order a couple of new springs and see if that does it. Does anyone have any advice on where I should get the springs. I have no local dealer around here and really need a # to call. thanks
