Yea...I was riding around..exploring the trails and I find this HUGE sand pit.

And I do mean huge....About 1 football field's length and 2 football field's wide of PURE bottomless sand.... Complete with big hills (not too big, but big and steep enough to have some fun [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]) many jumps, from small to huge to oh my god that's suicidal...

Had some small places to do what you guys call "treeshots" and even a wannabe track that surrounds it. And a huge steep hill with a lip up top to launch off of...

Had a grand time carving the sides of those hills..while leaving clouds of roost behind me [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img].

Although my Sur-Traks were having a hard time not roosting and spinning, they still did a fine job. And I noticed how sand robs a little power from ya...

Anyway...just sharing my afternoon and my findings that made my day [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

I kinda got a small feeling of why you duners like sand so much..even though it doesn't compare [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

BIG jumps.

Soon i will be making a 150FT table on it...you crash and i have one word....OUCH!

 

WTF!! I thought I hit some pretty massive jumps but..... That's totally insane!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] Too cool man!

 

lol ya the jumps are big. i will get some video footage up of me doin it sometime. will be atleast 3 more weeks....cause my C-bone is still healing
