The cost of a titanium frame would be outrageous. An aluminum sub-frame along with an aluminum oil tank would be nice. Upper a-arms and swing arm in alumin will also further reduce the weight. DS wet 430-450 pounds is that attainable?
DS is overengineered. Lots of weight can be cut here and there. The two brackets that hold the motor up front are rather heavy.

Well as a matter of fact there is no motor in my bike right now but just the same with the motor it only weighs in at 402 this year at FSWIII it will come in at 350 ish(thats with out my fat azz on it) but trust me we will go low!!

Swing arm- alum tvi 10lbs
rad titanium axel with honda huds 13.5lbs
modified coustom sub frame 4.5lbs
coustom titanium sprockets front and back 1lb
titanium chain 3lbs
no front fenders 14lbs
cut race fenders in rear 2.5 lbs
tbr arms 4lbs
tbr steering stem 1.5 lb
tag alum bars 1lb
removed eal guards and brackets 5lbs
tripple buffs on all 4 corners 10lbs
