Hey: Guys

Wanted to pass along a story of great service.
I bought a set of Answer Team 2 Boots 4 years ago. In the sping I broke a strap. I ordered a few replacements from my local dealer, where I bought the boots. They have been on back order for 4 months now. I am starting to run out of duct tape and plastic slip ties. Yesterday I phoned Answer directly and told them of the sitution and that I wanted too buy some replacement staps.
Without question the Answer rep took my address and postal code to send me out the replacment staps and a few extra @ no charge. No questions asked !!!

Thats what I call excellent service !!!

My next Boot purchase will be Answer again !!!!
