A K&N filter for a Honda TRX 250r and a 1 1/2" long piece of 4" dia. emt electrical conduit for an adapter. It will bolt right up and it is a lot cheaper. I would also suggest an outerwear. The filters are the same size. NO PROBLEMO!

Did you take the air box out? If so what jetting are you running and what kind of elivation are you at. I usually ride at about 4000 ft.

What I explained is an easy K&N filter kit for a stock air box. I have a Ron Woods Stage 1 kit now. you will have to do your own jetting at that elevation or ask somebody in one of these forums at that lives or rides at that elevation.

I have the elusive K and N number but they said it was not available yet. BD6500 for the filter and 23q702 for the jet kits. This is from Freedom Cycle in Kansas City as the source.

The K&N filter from Ron Wood that fits in the stock airbox is labeled B035B6. You can order one from him at least. Make sure you don't run lean after installing the highflow filter.

Most importantly, ensure you spray the filter with the K&N oil, otherwise you might as well not have a filter in there.

My God that K&N flows mega air. Be careful with your jetting if you run one. I was running way lean and didn't realize it right away(no air/fuel monitor with stock pipe). The fan was running continuously. Plugs white as a ghost. Even with the airbox cover on, I was running lean.
