Default Best Carb Choice for a 720? Stock carb?

I'm interested in opinions of what would be the best choice for a 720. I was told I could still use the stock carb. What can I expect from the stocker vs a TM45?

I'm thinking of only doing valve springs and the bore. Maybe cams, I haven't quite decided.

Trail riding and Dunes(some drags and hill climbing) are the primary use.

Thanks for the help..
Al

i believe that just the bore of a 720 wont give as much power as a good pipe

well i saw what the 720 could do at sand mt. and it wasn't the fastest fourstroke but there was plenty of fast ones that wanted to race. i'd recommend the 45 as a min. and maybe plenty for what you want. i will be going to dual myself. kmduner kept saying they made a big difference on his and after seeing his stage three run i know he is right.

hurycne, are you kidding about the pipe. there's no way a pipe gives as much power as 70 more cc's

AZSand just got some new duals and it is really easy to pull with his twist. I don't think it'll be to hard on the thump. I wouldn't be able to use a thumb with mine.

well talked with gary the dual carbs are next on the list, should have them installed by next dune trip, problem being next dune trip will be in about two months soccer on saturdays and football on sundays.

I also spoke with Gary @ TVI, he suggested I stay with the stock carb for now.. It sounds like nobody is using it with the 720. I'm more unsure than before on what carb to put on this thing.
