dual exhaust back pressure

AZ, We here in Oregon would be willing to live with a little weight disadvantage if we could get power gains while not having to hide from the sound police. MBRP seemed to be the quietest but their dyno chart showed power loss on the top end. They also never convinced me they could pass the Oregon noise limit.
Woods and Big Gun seem to be the top contenders from what I've read on these posts.
Marky, wide open duals with the motor tuned for them would be optimal but that won't pass at the coast. I'm saying that if you could come up with something close to the stock exhaust X2 then you're getting some good flow.
How come crotch rockets can get away running single cans and put out 150+ hp???

No worries - They have already produced pipes that pass the Oregon standard and they plan on the same standard with the DS. You are right, Big Gun is the only other current true quiet pipe that also passes. Good low and mid range, not so good top end.
