Default BSR42 Carb

For those of you that still run the stock carb on your DS. I know, there's what, 2 of you. Anyway the Yamaha Grizzly uses that carb also and you all know that your Bomb dealers charge more for their stuff. Example. The bomb needle valve and seat assembly part # 707 200 139 is $37.47 from the bomb dealer. The same part in the same carb for the Grizzly is $28. Just a FYI.

thanx for the info., would prolly work better for me if the yamaha dealer wasn't twice as far away as the bomb one, plus the bomb dealer is so much nicer then the yamaha, must have too many customers that aren't happy with their purchases

Is that the 600 or 660 Griz?

Funny you should post this, my overflow is leaking and my motor is bogging.

That would be the 2004 660 version. Might be on other years as well. Sorry I don't have the part # for the yamaha. Just go in and ask for the grizzly version of what you need for the inerds of that carb and save a few bucks.

I wouldn't be surprised that you'd still get a better price by asking for the grizzly version instead.
