DuneDS650, if you want it to work it will.
Just taking a wild stab at the measurements, my Lectron is almost 4 inches taller than my stock carbs, which are VERY close to the tank on a Raptor. I used a heat gun to shape the tank to fit the carb. I don't feel I lost any volume by doing this, just changed the shaped of the tank. I am tickled with the way this carb performs for me!!!! Its only a 44mm, but I think it is enough carb for my motor without being too much (but honestly what do I know).

What do you have to do to your Lectron when you change altitude, I'm talkin like 5,000-10,000ft. from your initial sea level settings?
Now this is like the 3rd time I've asked this question, I can't believe for the life of me why nobody else has asked it. But come on, what's the answer? there's been plenty of time for an expert to figure it out by now, even if the answer was not known the first time I asked the question.
Has anybody out west at 5K bought a Lectron already set-up to work in your altitude? if so, whoever set it up knows the answer so give me his contact info and I'll ask him.

That depends on carb set up to begin with. The 46HV is custom setup for every bike thats why they work so good. If I were to go duning at 10,000ft. I would just block off the power jet and lean the needle 2 turns. We were in the works of setting up a Bomb with Greg Row just for fun to do the Pikes Peak Hill Climb last year but we got too busy and he did also. I would have a very specific high altitude setting if that deal had went through. The Lectron changes altitude with out being real finicky.

The HV stands for High Velocity. It has a machined sleeve with a transition radius right in front of the needle. This picks up velocity at low rpm and gives instant throttle responce, the sleeve drops down to 42mm at its smallest point. What you get is a 46mm carb with 42mm throttle responce. The smooth bore is more for all out dragracing. Lectron makes carbs in 2mm increments from 30mm to 50mm.
