I'm enjoying my performance increase!!!! Torque, Horsepower and Throttle responce. ITS ALL THERE!
I think Jetjock16 just left on a 6 week dune riding vacation with his new 46HV.
I see a trend coming, and it involves happy carb owners!

QUADMAN,
Did you buy the alky kit for the tm45??? I got 9 main jets with mine and they ranged from a 270 to a 330. THEBOM says his runs best with around a 265 or 270. I tried the 270 first and it felt really good, then I tried a 285 and it felt a little flat on the top, so I'd say he's right on!!!
Haven't tried mine with no pilot yet, drilled one out to .058" and am running needle in richest position and everything's COOL. Especially the big FIREBALL out of the exhaust pipe on decel!!!!

I am considering the switch to the Lectron, but in my case, there is more to the switch than merely performance. As you probably have guessed, I also need a carb that I can utilize in other ways. . If both criteria are met, then I will put the TM-45 up for sale on Ebay.
