Test ride with new springs....
#1
Just got the Baja back with a brand new clutch...compliments of Bombardier . While they where in there, i had them put in the 60% stiffer RWR springs. Man that clutch is alot tighter now then before. I can feel a huge difference launching out of the hole now.
I do have a question though. Will a different set of clutch handles make the clutch a bit easier to operate? Cause after a few launches, or wheelies the ol' kung fu grip in my hands lose their strength..LOL
Other than that, for the couple of bucks that those springs cost I would recommend new springs to anyone. WOW what a difference!!

Another good thing to do along with the 60% springs is adding an exta METAL clutch disk to the pack when you put it together. all you do is start with 2 metal disks and then go fiber, metal, fiber ect.... It makes the pack a bit thicker and it will grab better along with the better springs. I like being able to power shift on blacktop with no problems.
