Default Odyssey Batteries

Is there a exact Odyssey replacement battery for the DS? I talked to the Odyssey reps at the Snads sports show and they could not come up with a part #. The reps even went as far as to call the corporate office and they had no part # for the DS as well. I know that the Odessey batteries are top notch and would like to upgrade to one. Also if anyone knows where I can pick one up in socal that would be great actually the LA area to be more specific. Thanks

Ok thanks Ill shoot him a PM. Also to add to the sales reps idiocricy. They tried to sell me one of two batts that day. Exactly the same except for size and price. The higher priced one was made as a Harley direct replacement. It was alos 40 buck more. There explenation for this was that someone who could afford a Harley could afford to pay top dollar for a battery. What ***'es

I have the pc-545 but I have a custom battery box as well. It will fit the stock battery box though. It's an awesome battery!

I just received mine last week and it's great. On AZSAND's & buttfungus' advice (thanks again guys), I bought the Odyssey PC545 from Sunn Battery and I'm very pleased with it. It comes fully charged and it does indeed fit in the stock battery box (it's a little thinner, but the same width as the stock battery).

Here's a link: Sunn Battery

I paid $78.49 including shipping, no tax. The peace of mind I now have in knowing that my DS will fire up every time is well worth the cost!

Great! This will be a great battery for those high compression pistons as well!
