Adjust your air mixture screw on the bottom of the carb. You may be running too rich at that elavation.

Is this correct.. the higher you go the richer youll be running (elevation wise)?? If it pops, it means you are running lean. You should try to richen you air/fuel.. wouldnt hurt to richen up your main jet either.

Also, i have the billet end cap and got my jets from rockymountain. I ordered the k&n jets, but there really the dynojet ones, you get the needle and tons of main jets. I forget what clip im using with their needle but im using the DJ 190. Probably not what you want for your elevation. Mines alittle rich in the summer but perfect when the temps get lower. Its about 45 degrees F right now and it runs really strong. The instruction tell you what you should use for your elevation.

Another thing you may want to check is, make sure the pipe bolts holding it to the engine havent backed out some. Mine worked there way out and I started having the poping on deacceleration. Just retighten if they have backed out.
