It takes me about 5-10 minutes to adjust my carb on the Rappy, with the plastic. I can do the top end while its running. HAHAHAHAHA

Dune Me, your right about the valve clearances on both, but leave that plastic on for the plug.

I actually have only pulled the plug a couple times and had the plastic off anyways.

Sure doesn't look like fun with the plastic on but, if it is possible I will do it that way. Thanks.

Can the FCR's be re-jetted on the Raptor with the carbs on the quad? How long does it take to re-jet the Raptor with the FCR's?

The plug on the Rappy is a piece of cake and no plastic removal in needed. I can rejet my Raptor in 30-45 minutes, It's a pain but that's the way it goes. The intakes are easy enough to insure you get them right but the exhuasts are a pain in the butt. Useing the angled motion pro feeler guage makes the job easier and is easier to insure they are accurate. I'm with ya tho scary, my brother rejets his TM45 on his DS in about 5 minutes if he takes a few drinks of his beer while doing it.

Dune me, this is how I do it. I drop my socket in the hole, put the extension in the socket, and the the ratchet on the ext. You have to pull the ratchet off to pull the rest out.

I think the FCRs can be rejetted on the bike, but I do not know for sure.

my boy has the rap and I ride the DS. So I have to jet both.

I'd take the <400lbs bike weight over easy jetting any day....

I just use the 17mm wrench and plug tool in the little tool bag that comes with the bike. Break it loose and spin out the plug by hand useing the plug tool.
