Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knew the horsepower ratings on a 1995 MXZ w/ R.A.V.E. I know a guy who owns one and wants to race me (1999 XCR 440 w/ VES) and i just want to see how the horsepower ratings would match up. Right now my machine has 102 horsies, but i would like to see how much this machine has. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

 

well my banshee (55 or so hp) kept up with an mxz 440. Im sure urs will too..

My 97 mxz 583 motor puts out 100hp. But I have a 670 motor in mine now. And yes it will smoke you if its a 440 mxz x . The 440's were a racing sled. The 440 mxz x"s where

Yeah it will smoke you. I smoked my friend on his 2000 polaris 550 fan sport w/ a 1996 mxz 440 stock

 

very close race. it is a basline 583 sled vs. a high tech high output 440cc liquid ves engine. i would say equal everywhere except maybe the 583 has a tad bit more top end.
