Default carb size & Quicksilver or FCR

Been looking around at carbs for a 650 & can't decide weather to go with a Quicksilver or fcr.
Sounds like the Quicksilver might have better bottom end, made in the USA and easy to tune, and the FCR is suposed to be possibly the best pumper carb around, at the cost of being the most difficult to tune, and more$$$$$
What is the scoop???? Anny one use these carbs, witch is better??

Long Story John Edelbrock uses my DS for R&D so I got the only one. There was not enough demand to go into production. End of story.

The quad that I am working on is not a DS 650 , similar setup 650cc singal carb. I stuck a XR650L enduro motor in a Warrior. It has wound up with the nickname Franken Quad & Yamada. Just finnished the oiling system and a carb is next.
